Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products)
For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. Any postal / courier charges will be charged extra over & above the original product cost if its shipped outside India. You can contact us on support@painreliefindia.com with all of your requirements along with the shipping address so that we can confirm the exact quotation to you for international shipping.
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 working days for all the items in stock & within 4-6 weeks for the items which are out of stock at the time of order or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Carefit Jadex Private Limited is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within the above mentioned time period from the date of the order with 100% payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Please note that actual size or dimensions of the ordered product may be different as shown in the website. Packing, Design & Color may vary as may be available in our stock at the time of order. Delivery of all orders, in India, will be to the address specified at the time of order or registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times. In case of delivery outside India, we are liable to dispatch the ordered goods maximum upto the nearest AIRPORT to the address specified at the time of order or registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times. The customer, himself/herself has to arrange the pickup of their returned goods (if any, due to their respective country restrictions or other reason) , at their cost and also has to pay for any consequent expenses or losses, from our company address within 10 days of such returns. Carefit Jadex Private Limited is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

Shipping & Delivery Charges –
The shipping charges for the products are based on the weight of the product. For multiple products ordered from the same category the programme adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee. Usually, our products are with free delivery to most of the locations in India except locations like Andaman & Nicobar Islands & some remote locations in India where either courier services are not available or available at very high prices, and all the international locations.
